Where do you ship? Worldwide
We ship worldwide to most countries. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your address.
How long does delivery take? Estimated windows
Standard orders typically dispatch in 2–4 business days. Estimated delivery:
  • EU/UK: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • US/CA: 7–12 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of world: 8–15 business days after dispatch
You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Will I pay customs or duties? May apply
Depending on your country, local VAT/duties may apply upon import and are the responsibility of the recipient.
What materials do you use? 925 silver & moissanite
Our pieces are crafted in 925 sterling silver with a protective finish. Stones are VVS moissanite for high fire and brilliance.
Does moissanite pass a diamond tester? Yes
High-quality moissanite typically registers on most diamond testers due to thermal/electrical conductivity. Each moissanite piece includes a GRA certificate.
How do I care for my jewelry? Simple care
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Avoid harsh chemicals, pools, perfumes applied directly on the piece. Store separately in a pouch to prevent scratches.
How do I find my ring size? Quick guide
If you have a fitting ring, measure the inner diameter and match it to our size chart. For the most accurate result, use a ring sizer. Between sizes? We suggest sizing up.
Which bracelet size should I choose? Comfort fit
Measure your wrist snugly and add ~0.5" (1.3 cm) for a comfort fit. Example: 6.5" wrist → 7" bracelet.
Can I change or cancel my order? Short window
We begin processing quickly. If you need a change or cancellation, email novalinkjewelry@gmail.com within 2 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best.
What is your return policy? Hassle-free
Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. For return instructions, contact us first with your order number.
Is there a warranty? One year
We offer a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Contact us with photos and your order number for support.
